About You

Join our team as a Registered Psychotherapists/Social Worker! We’re looking for dedicated, high-quality clinicians who are genuinely passionate about mental health and excited to grow alongside a thriving and supportive organization. While not required, experience or training in areas such as Couples Therapy, Art Therapy, Child and Youth Therapy, EMDR, and Structured CBT would be a strong asset. This is a hybrid role that can be based out of any of our four locations: Hamilton, Mississauga, downtown Toronto or midtown Toronto.

What You Bring

• Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW).

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• 5+ years working directly with clients 

• Demonstrated understanding and ability to integrate client-centred care into clinical practice.

• Flexibility to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, independently, and with various individuals or groups.

• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to generate new solutions.

• Commitment to service excellence, including continuing education and continuous quality improvement.

• Minimum of 3–4 days available per week, 24–30 hours

• Evening availability with at least 2 days per week available from 4 PM–8 PM

Compensation

BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation consistent with your level of credentialing. Examples of compensation packages include: guaranteed daily rate, base salary, or practitioner split models.
